- removed merit from t1 armor and decreased for all other items

- Lightning Rod - reduced spawning duration to 7s and cooldown to 9s
- Lightning Stone - reduced spawning duration to 7s, cooldown to 9s and increased damage to 500 %
- Rain of Fire - reduced cooldown to 4s and increased damage to 1000 %
- Wrath of Heaven - decreased cooldown to 7s
