[General Changes:]
- removed bigwheel and mixboard broadcast
- drakans are now createable without human-character
- merit daily quests are giving guild exp now (up from 50 to 500 for mythic elga)
[Shop Changes:]
- instant hair dye is free now
- added missing drakan items to bigwheel
[Skill Changes:]
Archer
- Shotdown - decreased usage of mp from 250 to 30
Priest
- Double Shot / Diffusion Cannon - changed the atk/movement speed debuff to a buff and added AMP on diffusion cannon and CDMG on Double Shot
Twin
- Body Acceleration - fixed stats / gives movement speed now
