[Merit Exchange Rework:]
- reworked stats of tier 1-3 cash set wings
- added tier 4 cash set, balloon, weapon, jewels and myhome item
- removed tier 1 cash set from cash shop and added tier 3 (cash set, balloon, weapon, jewels and myhome item) instead
- added tier 4 cash set to the saga shop (only the cash set for the moment)
- all merit items are socketable now
[General Changes:]
- added better textures for magma and golem weapon
[Skill Changes:]
Dragoon
- Offensive Aura - stats fixed
- Spin it Bear - removed casttime
