[General Changes:]
- all merit cash items are socketable now - removed soulbound restriction
- increased hp of emporia dragon by x20
- removed points from alarm missions emporia to avoid players rejoining

- Wyvern Blade - increased to 210 % DMG at Lv. 5
- Death Bound - increased to 400 % DMG at Lv. 5 and 555 % DMG at Lv. 10
- Gust Slash - increased to 400 % DMG at Lv. 5
- Ultimate: Demolition Bomber - increased to 20000 % and 2250 % DMG

- Awakening: Toshyo Rod - New Skill to bring mob groups together (you've to use x-attack before)

- Ambush - increased to 400 % DMG at Lv. 10
